About me

I’ve always had a creative spark. As a kid it was drawing, sketching, imagining. Life took me down a path of science — I studied it, worked in vet and health, and later in teaching. But creativity was always there, waiting in the background.

Now, alongside my work as an editor, I’ve returned to that part of myself through graphic design and illustration. It’s something just for me, something I love. Over the years I’ve poured that passion into freelance work, creating illustrations, logos, and branding for businesses and associations.

What inspires me most is the country, quiet creeks, wide skies, and the rhythm of rural life. Bringing that into my design work lets me combine two passions: learning and creating. Every project feels like a chance to make something beautiful, meaningful, and lasting.
